Your role is simple: organise a first meeting between the school and our team. You make the initial contact with the decision-maker (principal, coordinator, or owner), and we take care of the rest. There’s no need to sell anything or do follow-ups.

What do you earn as a Habilmind referrer?
You will receive the following compensation:
- Between 200 and 350 USD for each successful first meeting with a school decision-maker.
- 5% of the revenue in the first year.
- 3% of the revenue in each of the following two years.
Example: For a school with 1,000 students:
- 350 USD for the first meeting.
- 1,000 USD for the first year of the contract.
- 1,000 USD for the following two years.
- Total: 2,350 USD.
Your tasks will be:
- Identify the decision-maker.
- Briefly explain what Habilmind is about.
- Set up the meeting with Habilmind’s commercial representative.
Additionally:
- The agreement is completely confidential and your privacy is guaranteed.
- Not every school is automatically accepted. Each proposal is reviewed by our analysis team, which assesses the school’s potential, checks for existing commercial activity, and allocates the appropriate resources to both the school and the referrer.
- This allows us to ensure that each contact holds real value and can lead to a sustainable relationship.
